Calabrese Spaghetti

Recently, I wanted to cook pasta but with a slight spin from the norm. I didn’t want to just cook the spaghetti and served it with either bolognese or alfredo sauce. I searched for something that was easy to make but to actually serve it as a side dish.

  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese


Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Immediately place spaghetti in a large bowl and mix in butter, garlic and cheese. After butter has completely melted, serve.
