Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

I learnt this recipe from my mom. But I have since modified the recipe a bit and it turns out very creamy and delicious. I can just eat this with toasted bread.

The family loves it and the sister is always asking for more šŸ™‚


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt to taste
  • a dash of mixed herbs


In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and salt until combined. In a skillet, heat butter until hot. Add egg mixture; cook and stir over medium-low heat until eggs are completely set. Season with mixed herbs.

    i just love scrambled eggs – couldn’t get enough of it. i’m sure this one tastes great.
