My Not-So-Caesar Salad Dressing

Here’s an easy peasy homemade recipe that I came up with. The salad is best eaten chilled. Most of the items are readily available in your nearest grocery store.

This is a great accompaniment to the grilled lamb chops.

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • baby head lettuce
  • lolla rossa
  • cherry tomatoes
  • japanese cucumbers

Directions

Mix ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Enjoy 🙂

On a side note, I wanna try making mandarin orange chicken salad next. I have been thinking of Badoque‘s Cold Chicken and Orange Salad after my feast with Yati and Lynn ever since! Mmm…
